We are currently seeking individuals to fill the following positions:
Part-Time Receptionist - Methuen, MA
The receptionist is often the first person the customer sees or talks to in the showroom. You have an opportunity to create a strong, professional
impression on every potential customer. Your role is to welcome customers to the showroom and direct them to the person who can best meet their needs.
Additional duties include:
- Answer incoming calls from the multi-line switchboard, transfer calls, take messages as needed
- Assist all customers with basic showroom information, maintain customer appointment scheduling
- Receive and process all cash and credit card payments from customers
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
