Construction is currently underway on F.W. Webb's new Central Distribution warehouse in Amherst, NH. The central warehouse will consist of 250,000 sq.ft. of high bay pallet rack storage, 140,000 sq.ft. of parts storage and 24 loading docks for shipping and receiving. In addition, the Central Distribution Center will house 30,000 sq. ft. of office space, including the Roger W. Pope Training Center.

F. W. Webb worked with Thompkins Associates of Raleigh, North Carolina for the warehouse design. ProCon Construction of Manchester, New Hampshire is the design-build contractor. Currently this is the largest industrial building under construction in the State of New Hampshire.
